MEET ROBIN

Hi!  I’m Robin, Coach and Co-Founder at FLY HEALTH + WELLNESS!

Health, well-being, fitness, and nutrition have been the pillars of my life for over 40 years!  As an Certified Integrative Health & Wellness coach, I take a client-centered, comprehensive approach to working with individuals to address the health and wellbeing of the whole person.  What that means is I take you through a step by step process to look at all 8 Dimensions of Wellness to see where you want to start making change.  Whether it’s improving your fitness level, creating healthier eating habits, or navigating a job change, I not only meet you where you’re at today, but I partner alongside you to help you create a customized health plan to meet your needs and achieve a better life.  

Raised as a military brat and moving every three years around the globe, change became habitual, and independence became normal.  It was very difficult at times, but shaped me in positive ways nonetheless. Beginning in college, I’ve had to work through numerous auto-immune conditions which forced me to pay attention to my health early on.  Now as a woman in my 50’s, I have my health under control and because of that, I can handle just about any obstacle life throws my way.  You see, life is like the ocean.  It’s calm and it’s stormy.  Waters can be clear, murky or very dark.  Yet the stronger and healthier you are,  you can ride the waves, weather the storm, and come out on the other side a stronger individual.  Oftentimes, you just need someone to throw you a life preserver and help you see the sun.  My coaching is centered around establishing long term healthy habits to reduce the risk of disease.  Areas include, but are not limited to, sustainable behavior change in:

  • Movement/Fitness
  • Sleep
  • Stress Management
  • Goal Setting
  • Physical, mental, and emotional agility

Whether it’s improving your fitness level, creating healthier eating habits, or navigating a job change, I not only meet you where you’re at today, but I partner alongside you to help you create a customized health plan to meet your needs and achieve a better life.

I currently split my time between Phoenix, AZ and Bozeman, MT.  When I’m not working, you will undoubtedly find me with family or friends in the pool, hiking a trail, climbing a mountain, catching fish, dancing country swing, or attempting to swing a golf club.  If it includes the outdoors, I AM IN.
