We have lived separate, yet parallel lives since early childhood, finding our love for health and fitness early on through sport and the outdoors. We eventually met as swimmers at the University of San Diego in 1987, and immediately established a friendship we knew would last a lifetime! Since then, we have each completed 60+ triathlons and endurance events, and our desire to challenge our bodies and improve our minds is at our core…we still chase epic adventures, now that we are well into our 50’s. Our love of sport naturally transferred into group fitness, personal training and ultimately coaching certifications and methods that address the big picture and deep health.
With age comes wisdom, and throughout the last 10 years, we have both noticed the overwhelming need to address health beyond fitness and nutrition within ourselves AND our clients. We believe the power of human connections, embracing joy, prioritizing recovery over physical strain, and minimizing the risk of disease, is what leads to vitality and longevity.
It’s through our years of friendship, and shared health journey, that we are motivated to inspire and support others to find peace, purpose, and optimal health.
