A Health Coach does not diagnose or prescribe, rather, they bridge the gap between the doctor’s office and day to day habits. With disease prevention and long term health in mind they focus on sustainable behavior change and lifestyle adjustments that align with your values and vision. By making more “deposits” and minimizing “withdrawals” into all 8 dimensions NOW, your habits become investments, ensuring long term payoffs.
How do I get started?
Robin offers a step by step approach to building a robust and comprehensive health portfolio through listening, guiding, accountability, expertise, and helping each client focus on their self-care. She facilitates the coaching process and empowers individuals to reach their health goals and create sustainable change. She helps you get unstuck, and feel confident about paving a clear path to optimal physical and emotional health, while increasing your health literacy skills.
- You’ll fill out intake forms on Practice Better
- We will schedule your first discovery session that is usually 75-90 minutes
- You will create a wellness vision map and evaluate the 8 Dimensions of Health
- After the discovery session you will set up weekly sessions of 45-60 minutes either in person or zoom
