Who is this program for?
This program is for motivated people who care about their health and are open to taking control of their nutrition choices and eating habits. It is for those who are in a rut with food and feel blah – who want to feel better and eat better! It’s for someone who wants to have a new relationship with food (no more guilt or body shaming), have more energy for the life they want to lead and learn new ways to incorporate mindful, healthy choices into everyday life. It’s for people who are ready and willing to make behavior changes and compromises and are self motivated to some degree.
This is NOT for people looking for a fad diet or a quick fix.
I have done numerous diets before, how is this one different?
This program isn’t a diet at all, rather it is a LIFESTYLE. It’s an approach to build a strong foundation of healthy habits so you never feel like you need to go on a diet. We help you gain a big picture perspective so that you feel empowered to make your own choices, rather than a diet telling you what you can and can’t eat. A balanced healthy diet can play a crucial role in mitigating inflammation and disease prevention, which reflects a healthy lifestyle.
How do I know if this program is right for me?
If you want to be in the drivers seat of your health it’s right for you! If you’re motivated to make change, you’re tired of restrictive diets and want to take an integrative approach, this program is for you. This program has weekly small group coaching calls. If you need more direct coaching to build a health portfolio that is tailored just for YOU that includes more than just nutrition, then we suggest signing up for one on one coaching with Jen or Robin
Will I have time for this when I’m already so busy?
This program was designed for busy women. The time commitment is 1-2 hours a week, including the 30-minute weekly live call. The other 60-90 minutes are spent reading the weekly content, watching the video, and implementing the weekly action steps. You get out of it what you put in.
If this isn’t a specific meal plan, what is it?
It’s a framework for eating habits and behavior changes that build a solid food foundation. It’s breaking down all things nutrition into weekly action items so that you feel comfortable in not only WHAT you eat, but HOW and WHY you eat. For example, how to meal plan, meal prep, batch cook, and how to be creative with healthy foods, and tips and toolst o have a functional kitchen.
Good nutrition and lifestyle Coaches don’t expect you to be perfect, they meet you where you’re at TODAY, and give you what you need to start making positive changes. At FLY, we take a “one size fits none” approach, empowering you to make your own choices. The more changes you are willing to make, the more you will notice changes in how you feel. Nourish 360 breaks down nutritional habits into weekly goals with the idea that over time, good habits will develop and you will thrive!
