Health, well-being, fitness, and nutrition have been the foundation of my life for more than four decades. Raised in a military family, I learned early how to adapt to change, navigate uncertainty, and cultivate independence. While those early years were not without challenge, they instilled resilience, discipline, and a deep appreciation for personal responsibility — qualities that continue to shape both my life and my coaching practice.
As an NCAA collegiate athlete, I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune conditions — a pivotal moment that transformed my relationship with health. What began as a necessity became a lifelong commitment. I learned firsthand the power of proactive, intentional living and the profound impact that daily habits have on long-term vitality.
Now in my 50s, I confidently stand behind the philosophy that consistent movement, nourishing nutrition, and emotional balance are the most powerful forms of health insurance we can invest in.
As a Professional Health & Life Coach, I take a client-centered, proactive approach that addresses the whole person — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you are striving to improve your fitness, develop sustainable nutrition habits, or navigate a significant life transition, I meet you where you are TODAY, and partner with to find a path forward.
My coaching process fosters self-discovery, clarity, and alignment. Together, we connect your values and long-term vision with a personalized, practical health strategy — empowering you to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with men and women ages 17–75, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched thin to the point that your health has taken a back seat, it may be time to reclaim your energy, strength, and direction.
