Our 12-week online program is designed to build your confidence both in and out of your kitchen! After completing the program, you will gain:

By dedicating just 1-2 hours a week — on your own time — you’ll implement changes that will help you master meal planning, solidify your nutrition habits, and achieve your health goals. What’s unique about this program is the weekly live coaching calls with certified coaches!

Our 6-week menopause online program is designed specifically for women over 40 and focuses on a specific topic each week: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep & Recovery, Stress, Mindset & Supplements/Adaptogens. Say farewell to the struggles of body composition and lack of energy, and welcome a life-changing experience that allows you to embrace your best life! This program goes beyond traditional approaches, offering insights into hormonal health, and uncovers the secrets to thriving during this remarkable life stage. What’s unique about this program is that it includes weekly live coaching calls for personalized service and conversation.
