At FLY, we coach women to train for multisport goals in a way that builds them up, not breaks them down. Whether you’re preparing for your first triathlon, chasing a Boston qualifying time, tackling an Ironman, or gearing up for an adventure like Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim, our approach is rooted in resilience, durability, and long-term health. The goal isn’t just crossing the next finish line, rather it’s to stay strong, confident, and capable for years to come.

Jen leads our endurance coaching with a focus on women 40+ who want performance without  burnout. As a long-time triathlete, strength coach, and mobility specialist, she brings a holistic, smart approach to training that fits into your life. You’ll get structure, feedback, and support that’s grounded in real science, not fads or extremes.

We believe the strongest athletes are the ones who stay in the game. That means periodized training blocks, scheduling recovery, and fueling with purpose so you can keep doing what you love without constant injury or setbacks.

We also know that not every endurance athlete looks the same. Some of our clients want a PR, while others want to show up at the start line calm and collected. Some just want to finish an event that once felt impossible. That’s why we tailor training plans to match your ability, potential and desired outcomes.

While Jen leads most of the endurance coaching, Robin coaches athletes in two very specific things: Swimrun events and R2R Grand Canyon crossings. They share the same coaching philosophy that training should compliment your life, not take away from it!

We offer personalized 1:1 coaching to help you conquer your
endurance training and performance goals.

Start by scheduling a FREE consultation to discuss your goals. With a 3-month minimum commitment, Jen will design a customized training plan tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Through weekly sessions—either in person or via Zoom—you’ll receive expert guidance, actionable strategies, and the support needed to build endurance, optimize performance, and achieve sustainable results.

ONE-TIME STRATEGY OR NUTRITION SESSIONS

Ideal if you’re self-coached or following a plan and want expert feedback, race planning help, or guidance on how to adjust things when life throws a curveball.
